Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Who we are

Arkevium FZCO, trading as Arkevium Capital, is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Notice. We are incorporated in Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), United Arab Emirates.

This Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with us in a business capacity. Questions or requests may be sent to contact@arkevium.com.

Personal data we collect

We may collect:

  1. Information submitted through our contact form, including your first name, last name, email address, subject, and message.
  2. Other information you provide in correspondence or business dealings, such as your telephone number, employer, job title, and relevant business records.
  3. Records of correspondence through email, WhatsApp, Instant Bloomberg, and other communication channels.
  4. Technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and security or access logs.
  5. Relevant professional information provided by your employer, colleagues, business contacts, or publicly available professional sources.

Please do not send unnecessary personal data, confidential information about another person’s portfolio or planned trades, or material non public information through our website. If you do not provide sufficient contact information, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.

How we use personal data

We use personal data as reasonably necessary to:

  1. Respond to enquiries and manage correspondence.
  2. Assess and administer business relationships, including relevant due diligence and business records.
  3. Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and communications.
  4. Communicate relevant business updates where permitted by law.
  5. Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We obtain consent where required by applicable law. Otherwise, we rely on an applicable legal exception or permitted basis, such as performing a contract with you or complying with legal obligations. Where applicable law recognises legitimate interests as a lawful basis, we may rely on our interests in managing business enquiries and relationships and protecting our website and operations, balanced against your rights.

Business communications

We may send relevant business updates where permitted by law and obtain consent where required. You may opt out of marketing at any time through an unsubscribe option or by contacting us. This does not prevent necessary communications about an existing business relationship.

We do not sell personal data.

How we disclose personal data

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to:

  1. Personnel and contractors who need access to perform their work for Arkevium FZCO.
  2. Providers supporting website hosting, communications, information technology, security, business administration, and accounting.
  3. Legal, tax, audit, and other professional advisers.
  4. Courts, regulators, or public authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
  5. A prospective purchaser or successor in a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Providers processing personal data on our behalf must follow our instructions and appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Arkevium Research enquiries

Arkevium Research FZ-LLC is a separate legal entity under common ownership. Shared personnel may access personal data only as necessary for their authorised responsibilities.

If you ask us to refer an enquiry to Arkevium Research, we may share the relevant contact details and correspondence so it can respond. Its handling of that enquiry and any research services is covered by its own Privacy Notice. Common ownership does not, by itself, authorise the unrestricted sharing or use of personal data between the companies.

International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and may use providers in other countries. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the country in which it was collected. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards, such as recognised contractual protections, for international transfers. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and a copy where available under applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the nature and duration of the enquiry or business relationship, applicable record keeping requirements, and any continuing legal, security, or dispute related needs. When no longer required, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict the use of, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests where that basis applies.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.

To exercise an applicable right, contact contact@arkevium.com, indicating that your request concerns Arkevium Capital. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

Third party platforms and websites

Platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Bloomberg may process personal data under their own privacy notices when you use them to communicate with us. External websites linked from our website also have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Changes and contact

We may update this Notice to reflect changes to our practices or legal obligations. The date above indicates the latest update.
